   Blue Chip Log Homes provides our customers with a choice of selecting from our "in house" blueprints or working with our designers in the development of custom building plans. Although our prospective customers often begin the design process by reviewing Blue Chip Log Homes' reserve of standard and custom blueprints, the majority opt for the freedom associated with designing their own personalized custom log home.

   Blue Chip Log Homes designers employ the latest technology in computer generated drawing to provide our customers with the flexibility and creativity necessary when designing a custom log home. Presently, custom log home design services are provided at a cost of approximately $0.60 per square foot. However, following the generation of final prints, if a customer selects Blue Chip Log Homes as their builder, the cost of the plans is credited to cost of the building.
